The site and the pre-launch waitlist are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, notesmesh and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
You agree not to misuse the waitlist form, submit email addresses you do not control, attempt to access non-public parts of the service, or probe the site for vulnerabilities without prior written consent.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
